Listen to the three audio files attached. Compile the message in a Word doc that will be uploaded for your instructor to grade.

The prescription refill request message will require the name of the drug, strength, instructions, and pharmacy. Use the attached Word doc as a guide for creating the messages VP7a.mps and VP7b.mp3

For the telephone message in VP7c.mp3 be sure to include all information that would be required to accurately document the message, such as the patient’s name, phone number, and the information and to whom the message will be forwarded, Dr, Nurse, Reception, Billing, etc.

V.P.10 Community Referral

Complete the attached procedure to find community resources for a patient and refer that patient to those resources based on the scenario listed in the procedure. Using the attached Word doc, add a second page to the attached word doc and write your response to the assignment.
