The assignment task
From the peer evaluation, identify four (4) key areas of improvement to your portfolio
and resubmit this work to your peers for review and re-evaluation.
All changes to your work must be documented and compared with the critical commentary provided
by the peer review and submitted as a multi-page PDF for assessment showing the refinements you
have made and documenting your process:
• Show the ‘before’ and ‘after’ for the each of the 4 pieces.
• Make sure you include the peer review recommended amendments (perhaps in dot point form),
but keep the names of the person who made the recommendations—so you can show what
changes you responded to—and how you made those amendments.
• Make sure you have developed a logical design layout of your work for your assessors.
• Spell and grammar check your document.
You will also:
• Expand and develop one of your four portfolio pieces into a design project case study.
• Integrate any key feedback from the week 7 presentation into your document and make those
changes for each of the 4 pieces prior to submitting.
You will be marked based on your ability to:
• Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical evaluation of your work and the work of your peers.
• Demonstrate the ability to take responsibility for own work and critical evaluation to improve
own work.
