breaches at the level of medical providers, explain data
protection/breach statute (the relevant statute would be HITECH/HIPAA) you find
interesting and discuss how it is being applied in a business setting; how does
it work, is there a governmental agency responsible for enforcing its
provisions, what are its limitations and strengths, and find some recent cases
which have interpreted specific aspects of the law you selected.
Requirement:
Research paper must be written in the APA style
and the body of the paper must be no less than 25 pages double space (12.5 Page Single Space), Total research paper must be minimum 32 double space Page (16
page single space). All references must be cited. Do not use Wikipedia as
references, it must be credible course.
