Based on your reading of the “Sunrise Medical” case, please answer the following two questions. Make
sure to clearly indicate the beginning and end of the answer to each question. The exam counts toward
30 percent of your final grade and is scored on 30 points. You need to submit a word document by July
30th
, 11:59pm.

This is an INDIVIDUAL exam. You ARE NOT permitted to consult with ANYONE about the exam. You ARE
NOT permitted to use any material other than the case, the readings in the course pack, your class
notes, and slides distributed in class.
The exam should be no more than 5 pages (excluding exhibits, if any). It should be typed single spaced,
11pt Times New Roman font, with 1-inch margin on all four sides. You can include additional exhibits, if
necessary, to support your answers.
Identify your exam with your name prominently on every page of the answer.
The exam should be submitted via Canvas by 11:59pm Dubai time on July 31th, 2019. The window for
submissions will close at 11:59pm – no exceptions. This ensures that all students get the same time to
complete the exam. You can, of course, submit the exam anytime earlier.
Make sure to sign and attach the honour code statement along with your assignment submission. The
