Overview
In Module 5 you will prepare a Discharge Teaching Plan for Tina, In preparation for this assignment, there will be weekly readings from the Bastable textbook starting in Module 2. These readings will be related to topics such as Overview of Education in Health Care, Learning Theories, Instructional Methods, and Determinates of Learning to name a few.
You are being asked to keep a journal during Modules 2 – 4. The journal entry needs to include the following information:

Asthma- diagnosed at age 2 %u0412%u0405. She gets asthma attacks (wheezing, sneezing, coughing and shortness of breath) when she is around cats. She will usually use her albuterol inhaler which she states is effective. She was last hospitalized for asthma when she was in high school.
Type 2 diabetes diagnosed at age 24

Personal Business Plan Report
This paper presents my long-term vision, external and internal opportunities available after graduating, and my strategy over the next three to five years.
Vision and Opportunity
After my graduation, I have three primary career goals that include getting employed in a leading IT firm, advancing my skills, and creating employment opportunities. The knowledge acquired while attaining my bachelor’s degree in information technology will allow me to get employed in a leading company. During this time, I will apply what I will have learned at the university. My mission during this period of employment will be learning different principles of management which will help me start my business in future. My second goal of advancing my skills will be attained by specializing in networking. This specialization will allow me to gain new skills that will make me competitive in the market. Finally, my long-term goal of creating employment opportunities will be attained by starting my own business and employing qualified individuals. The current market is lucrative since numerous startups require Internet connection, many homes are being connected to the web, and many institutions need a restructuring of their networks to ensure that it is scalable. My guiding values will be integrity and honesty. The questions guiding my choices include which actions will fulfill my purpose of creating employment, what additional knowledge I need to operate my personal business, and how I will obtain the capital required for my startup. My mentors in starting this business include Global Security Network and Commit. These two successful companies operate in the UAE and provide cabling and other networking solutions for clients. I recently attempted to start a small business in my neighborhood without conducting sufficient research on the market. Consequently, the business was not successful and had to be terminated. This failure made me learn the importance of engaging in adequate research before investing my time and resources. Successfully starting a business will signify my success whereas a certain number of employees in my firm will become my milestone. As I hire more employees, I will achieve more milestones.
Marketing and Implementation Strategy
The demand for Internet connection is very high now. For instance, Internet connection is now required in homes, institutions, and businesses. Particularly, many businesses are restructuring their networks to make them scalable. This action entails setting up the network in a manner that allows addition of new computers to the network without slowing down the performance and speed. My skills will help in sub netting the networks for these entities to allow for fast Internet connection. I will differentiate my service by taking Cisco certification courses that provide comprehensive knowledge of Internet connection and security. Therefore, my skills will be beneficial to my clients, since I will enforce safety in networks and ensure that they have minimal incidences of downtime.
Risks and Mitigation
The major milestones will be creating employment by starting my personal business and gaining advanced knowledge of networking. The external factors that will affect my success include disposable income of my potential clients and government regulations. High disposable income will ensure that my business gains numerous customers. Strict government rules may hinder me from starting a business, whereas friendly policies will help me as I launch my firm. Multinational firms may enter the market and attract numerous clients. Hackers may infiltrate the networks of my clients. Risk mitigation will be enforced by setting up a secured network, implementing authentication procedures, and training clients on safety procedures.
Ethics
The business will concern itself with integrity and honesty in its operations. All customers will be treated fairly. There will be a code of ethics that will govern the relationships within the business. This code of ethics will determine how employees relate to each other and how they relate to the management. Furthermore, the code of ethics will determine how conflicts are solved in the organization. Thus, the organization will have a positive work environment. Based on the six-memoir exercises, my personal business plan is to be an innovative, authentic, resilient, honest, dependable, and truthful IT solutions provider
Conclusion
In order to achieve this plan, I will have to be disciplined and work hard to ensure that I meet the short-term goals, since they will ensure that I achieve my long-term goal.
Personal Business Plan Report
A Long-Term Vision Statement:
I am looking forward to achieving wide international experience in business through the creation of wide networks in the different companies across the world in the next ten years. I will be able to work with the various international professionals and leaders to improve the lives of the people.
External Opportunities:
Some of the external opportunities are the advancement of technology, globalization, and a supportive political environment. I think the advancement of technology has made it possible for people to improve their businesses into the different foreign nations. I will rely on the technology to communicate and interact with the business partners in the different nations. Also, the increased globalization will give me the opportunity to create important contacts across the world. Most importantly, I believe the global political environment and systems have been supportive of international business. Therefore, I think I will be able to advance my goal of working for an international business to transform the lives of the different people in the society.
Internal Strengths:
My internal strengths include my mental strength, the ability to overcome weaknesses, commitment and the strong willingness to attempt certain challenges in life. My mental strength and ability will help me to overcome the fear of unknown while seeking to grow and advance my goals in the international business operations. I know it is difficult to advance in the international business environment without the strong mentality for success. Additionally, I have the ability to go through my failures and weaknesses in life. I have had to endure difficult times in my life. Through the challenges, I have learned to come up with strong plans and overcome life challenges. My capability to overcome life challenges is a critical asset in succeeding in the international business environment. I also have the strong willingness to attempt certain challenges in life. It means I would be able to put efforts and try to follow my long-term dreams in life on being a success international business executive. In spite of all, I believe my commitment to my personal goals and projections in life are critical. I have been able to succeed in the various projects due to my commitment to succeed on the different projects in life.
My Strategy over the Next Three to Five Years:
My strategy for next few years will include the use of my university education and other projects to reach my long term goals after more than five years. In the first year, I will seek for employment in a reputation company to gain the management skills and experiences needed for my international business venture in the future. After the third year, I will engage in the different international forums and conferences to improve my networking with successful international business partners and executives (Brown, 2016). The plan will also seek to help in deciding on the specific area of specialization that aligns with my skills and capabilities in the international markets. After five years, I will start my international business venture with initial entry into one foreign country and long-term projection to engage in numerous countries.
Failure in the Past:
While on campus, I started a printing company that failed to succeed due to the high level of competition from other established companies around the company. Based on this failure, I learned that it is important to scan the environment and entire the gap in the market (Verbeke, 2013). I learned that it is useful to specialize in an area which is not highly saturated and which I could deliver quality to the consumers. The experiences learned would be critical in my next venture in the international business venture.
