Effective nursing leadership is essential for the delivery of high-quality healthcare and the advancement of the nursing profession.
The foundation of nursing leadership is built on a strong foundation of nursing knowledge, skills, and values. Nurses who aspire to leadership roles should have a strong understanding of nursing theory, practice, and research, as well as excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
