Final Reflective Exercise – 40% HSCI- 10192 The health profession is Personal Support Worker Engaging in critical reflection about your practice and experiences helps you grow as health professional. Taking time to appreciate perspectives of your colleagues, clients and self as well as making connections with your learning is an excellent way to establish personal and professional learning goals by addressing gaps in your knowledge or simply identifying areas of interest that you may want to know more about. Reflection is a personal exploration. The videos for this activity offer you some insight into the challenges that may be faced by yourself, your colleagues and specifically – your patients with mental health struggles like delirium, depression or schizophrenia. Reflect on your own personal learnings from this course, as well as your thoughts, emotions, feelings and behaviours during this activity. When watching these videos, try and take perspective for that of a patient as well.
