IDEAS for discussion: In reference to hospital access, during covid was more difficult to show up to the hospital without advanced notice unless it was the emergency room, more difficult due to the new requirements that were put in place like prescreening virtually and on site, restrictions on visitors or number of guests in the lobbies, etc. For education, you can include the shift to virtual classrooms, meetings, etc for any type of gathering of that sort.
