Additionally, the new computer systems introduced to counter challenges while enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Initially, traditional technology is marred with challenges of poor delivery, wastage of resources through duplication of duties as well as delays. The new technologies are modeled to end the challenges and introduce new life in the medical field. In this regard, the manager overseeing the introduction and implementation of new technology needs to have a knowledgeable manager with effective managerial skills.
